All ice assigned to a team by the MCHA is to be used for game or practice ice.
If a team wants to use ice in a different manner it must be re-contracted through the ice arena (sold by an MCHA team back to the arena, then contracted to an individual). A copy of the contract must be posted outside on one of the locker room doors so there are no questions. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Ice that is sold outside of the Mt. Clemens Hockey Association must be sold to an organization duly rostered with USAHockey and they must sign the Terms and Conditions of the MCIAFC ice contract form prior to taking the ice. The selling team is still responsible for payment to MCHA.
